To Admire

to endorphins. But see, I’ve always been terribly athletically inept and very self-conscious about this. I’m also hyperaware of my body’s aches and pains—I have lower back pain a lot (because I actually do have mild scoliosis), my left knee is not happy ever when I run, and… rib subfluxation when running, oh, so painful.
But! In light of this!
I like canoeing, I like riding my bike, I like yoga, and I like dancing!
And I feel really accomplished and nicey-feeling having done both 20 minutes of yoga and 20 minutes of Zumba, and I am not exhausted! And I would have been only a couple of weeks ago!
I am excited :)
