I am going in February to visit the College of the Atlantic!
Erica is super cool. She’s thinking about becoming a hippie.
Contrary to popular belief, I suppose, adopting hippie-like practices gives me a greater sense of fulfillment, purpose, and control. Becoming a hippie is good for my mental health.
Ratios
At the College of the Atlantic, there are 3 guidance counselors for a student body of 364.
At Centre, there are 2 guidance counselors for a student body of 1,241.
1:121 or 1:620; I think it will make a difference.
the woes of applying early
I submitted my essay for the transfer scholars fly-in program at the College of the Atlantic a few days after Christmas, and its deadline of January 8th has not yet passed.
GAH.
Waiting to hear back is the worst.

I need to make myself unafraid to love COA (I know this sounds very cheesy.)
But life makes the most curious turns, and this might be the most curious and wonderful yet. Just what the doctor ordered.

I finished the application supplemental form, and I have also sent a transcript request form to Centre.
Now to complete the nine other steps in this process of applying :/
I am not sure who I shall ask to write my two teacher recommendations. I am kind of concerned they all loathe me… :/
